    Senior Vice President of Content, Eric Noe joined CoStar Group in the summer of 2023 and hit the ground running, augmenting the content within our residential real estate portal, Homes.com.     Daphne Weick recently completed a 6-month internship with our STR office in Singapore where she was taught hands-on data operations, product support, and hospitality research and analytics skills she says she couldn’t learn at university. “Unlike other internships in this industry, mine at STR felt personalized – I was asked what I wanted to learn and was then given the opportunity to learn it… Overall, my tasks included looking at each department and finding how they can collaborate more efficiently, with an external perspective," said Daphne.

    In case you missed it, we hosted an event at our offices in Richmond one week ago that highlighted the Commonwealth of Virginia's unwavering commitment to workforce development by enhancing access to career pathways. CoStar Group Founder and CEO Andy Florance welcomed guests, Associate Tenant Researcher Jessica Rinehart shared her career path from intern to full-time employee at CoStar Group, and Virginia Governor Youngkin presented an Intern Day proclamation. Since we started our CoStar Group campus program in 2021, we have hired over 700 recent graduates, 63% of which are Virginia graduates. And this summer alone, 90% of our 43 interns in Richmond are from Virginia schools. #LifeAtCoStar
