As a Marine veteran, Memorial Day holds deep meaning for me. It’s a time to remember my unforgettable experiences serving my country and the friends and colleagues I lost in the past years. After my military service ended, I decided to keep serving in my own way by volunteering to be a treasurer on the board of Merivis, a nonprofit that supports veterans through training, mentorship, and job readiness for technology careers. Today, in honor of Memorial Day, I'm excited to share that CSC Generation, the company I work for, has also decided to support Merivis. The company will be matching employee donations, contributing at least $2,500. This initiative highlights CSC Generation's commitment to helping veterans transition successfully into civilian careers.
