Cypress Employment Services has a client in Mobile, AL in need of Aircraft Painters. The ideal candidate's will have experience in auto-body/ industrial/ marine painting. Description: Aviation Painters are responsible for the surface preparation and painting process in accordance with the work specifications as per regulatory, company, customer, and manufacturer guidelines. Employees utilize pneumatic tools and equipment in the performance of aircraft painting. Characteristics: Positive Attitude Good Work Ethic Ability to learn and apply new tasks Self-Motivated Attention to Detail Duties and Responsibilities: Pre-paint preparatory tasks, including, but not limited to, aircraft docking, sanding/ abrading, washing, masking, etc.; Read and interpret SDS and Technical Data Sheets to safely mix paints in accordance with specifications; Commercial aircraft painting (Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, etc.) using HVLP and electro-static spray equipment and brushes; Read and interpret engineering paint drawings, technical manuals, understanding symbols, flags, and general notes; Location and use/ application of aircraft technical markings, decals, spray masks, stencils, etc. as required to facilitate the painting process; Aircraft coatings finishing, including polishing, buffing, etc.; Hangar duties and equipment maintenance as may be required from time to time; and Compliance with safety rules and procedures, including the use of required PPE.

This is a contract position. $60k - $80K BOE Mission: Provide manufacturing engineering support and maintain routes, production, and manufacturing documentation, ensuring the processes improvement and standardization Task to be performed: · Resolve technical problems in collaboration with preparation and engineering teams. · Analyze and provide technical documentation, drawings, charts and technical instructions to the production teams. · Ensure Preparation of work orders, including parts, documentation, work order, drawings, etc… · Attend to the aircraft in order to ensure the right solution of the production problems or when the work order is performed; · Perform suggestions for improvement for the flow and preparation process. · Generate, treat and prepare A/Ns and HNCs. · Perform ARs (assistance requests) · Preparation and update of Manufacturing and Assembly Instructions · Maintenance of routes and assembly and manufacturing documentation. · Line balancing; launch and publication of production plans. · Perform the creation of the work orders. · Provide technical and documental support to the production teams. · Monitoring and analysis of processes and tasks; methods and times of Manufacturing Process. · Project management. Cypress Employment has a client in Mobile, AL looking for a Electronic Technician. Pay: $17-$18 based on experience. Person needed for soldering/assembly of electro-mechanical products. Must be able to follow manufacturing instructions, be proficient with hand tools, and work independently to produce and test a quality product. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Travel: 25% normally but has increased to 40% MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 75lbs REPETITIVELY. Our client is seeking a self starter to provide technical support to their customers on their full ranger of color digital and ink jet printers. Prior technical support or printer/ copier service experience is strongly preferred. However, product specific training will be provided. Responsibilities: Coordinate with end-users, onsite technicians and company authorized dealers to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints. Provide and excellent service experience by promptly and actively communication with all customers. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving printers and prepress workflow software. Follow up with customers throughout the troubleshooting process to ensure that all customer expectations are exceeded. Conduct comprehensive training for customers enabling them to properly and effectively operate out equipment Accurately and thoroughly document troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts in the CRM. Stay current with industry system information, changes and updates. Requirements: High School Diploma Proven Track Record of successful help desk or technical support experience is preferred. Exemplary attendance and punctuality Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong work ethic and will to succeed Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize throughout the day Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required
