DN Tanks is proud to share these images of our Aiken, SC teammates and the event they held to provide a donation to Catherine Stewart, Director of Philanthropy at The Children’s Hospital of Georgia. Catherine visited our job site in Aiken to accept the donation that our Aiken project team made towards the hospital’s Oncology Department to support the wonderful care their staff provides to many in need. #DNTanks #ChildrensHospitalofGeorgia #BuildingCommunity

National Water Quality Month is dedicated to making the most of the relatively small amount of fresh water we have, because having clean water is vital to our individual health, our collective agricultural needs, and the needs of our environment. Chris and Pattilyn Wilkinson imagined a place in downtown Waxahachie, Texas where the nostalgia of an old soda fountain would meet the demands of the modern world. In 2016, they opened a restaurant in the historic Waxahachie & Trust Bank building and called it Farm Luck — a nod to the agricultural history of Ellis County. Today, families come to Farm Luck to enjoy delicious food and create lasting memories. Alongside the sandwiches, hand-mixed sodas, vintage candy, and classic ice cream treats, every visitor is served a large dose of good old-fashioned Texas hospitality. As a Sales and Estimating Administrator, JoAnn Caster is proud to have been a part of bringing this peak flow wastewater tank to the Texas community. This peak flow tank limits odor impacts to the surrounding community, including Farm Luck and Chris and Pattilyn Wilkinson. https://lnkd.in/ey5X9rfc #DNTanks

Escuche a Joel Cabrera contar cómo aprovechar las capacitaciones en DN Tanks le permitió pasar de obrero a superintendente. #DNTanks #EmployeeDevelopment ********************************************************************************* Hear from Joel Cabrera on how taking advantage of the trainings at DN Tanks allowed him to grow from a Laborer to a Superintendent. #DNTanks #EmployeeDevelopment Three Ways I went from Laborer to Superintendent Joel Cabrera, Superintendent “I started at DN Tanks as a laborer, it was a steep learning curve because I was just starting to learn English. Everyone at DN Tanks encouraged me to keep going and practice, and I’m so glad I did.” “DN Tanks is committed to our learning and development, and I took advantage of every training DN Tanks offered me. Some of these were formal trainings like wire winding, and others were more informal, like asking my Superintendent to guide me through reading site drawings. This helped me develop my skills and confidence." “The last thing, what helped me the most, is just hard work and having confidence in yourself. If you are willing to learn by showing initiative, the people around you are going to see that and want to help you succeed.”
