👉 2 must-know sorting algorithms for coding interviews! Below, we cover the Topological Sort and Cyclic Sort patterns and their real-world applications: 🗓️ Topological Sort: → Building a class schedule with dependencies  → Optimizing workflow systems  → Data Serialization 🌀 Cyclic Sort: → Computational Biology (Find the Kth missing gene in a DNS sequence) → Data Validation (identify missing value) → Data Analysis (sort and organize datasets that involve distinct categorical variables) Both sorting algorithms are indispensable for many of the problems seen in coding interviews and real-life applications. 🔗 Continue learning about essential algorithms, data structures, and patterns for the coding interview: https://educat.tv/4fCioKq #CodingInterview #SortingAlgorithms #Algorithms #TechInterview

❓ Is OOP better than Functional Programming? There's no clear answer. Both paradigms are used today to craft excellent code. Each has their own strengths and weaknesses, making them well-suited for different tasks. Some programming languages allow only one paradigm, such as Haskell for FP. Some OOP languages are Java, C#, and C++. Other languages, like Python and TypeScript, are multi-paradigm and support both paradigms. Your preferred paradigm should generally depend on your career goals, specialization, specific projects, and individual preferences and style. However, it's important to remember that effective software development often combines both paradigms to improve code clarity and reduce repetitive tasks. 💬 What do you think? Is there a clear answer to this question, or do both have their place in modern software engineering? Let us know what you think down below!
