    Not all content is king — but the work we recently created with Walmart sure is. In partnership with Walmart Creator, we developed a 10-day organic social challenge that encouraged creators of every following and niche to do what they do best: create. Through daily, engagement-focused prompts on Instagram stories and an active in-feed comment section of creators connecting with and supporting one another, Walmart’s organic social platform became a thriving community epicenter. With 641% growth in engagement from pre-launch, 196% growth in impressions, and 109% growth in reach, both Walmart and its creators harnessed the power of content to drive results and propel long-lasting growth.

    We’re so excited to welcome Katherine "Moi" Lee to the Farrynheight team. With a few months under her belt, here’s a word from the wise on how change can foster growth: 🚀 WITH CHANGE COMES GROWTH 🚀 It's been a few months now that I've been able to settle into my role at Farrynheight, and WOW is all I can say. What a whirlwind it has been, but what an incredible reminder to myself that when you take a leap - you grow. From day one, I've been ultra passionate about building brands. With previous career experience at Ogilvy and Droga5, I have had the pleasure of working on brands such as Dove, New York Times, Dom Perignon, L'Oreal, IHG Hotels & Resorts and more. Now, I'm proud to say I'm an Associate Director of Social + Influencer at the extraordinary, FARRYNHEIGHT where I'll be continuing my growth as a creative strategist and a leader. It's always a shift changing jobs, but I couldn't be more grateful for this opportunity to grow with Farrynheight. I feel the momentum already - the heart is pulsing, the beat is moving and we are taking OFF.

Discovering your inner strength and pushing past what you thought you were capable of—showing up, not off. After all—a perspective shift is tougher than holding a Bulgarian split squat on a reformer for 30 seconds (and that’s saying something).     Back in the day playing school sports, our dream was to be the star player dominating the field. 🏀 We wanted to be the captain. The loudest, most assertive player leading our team to a championship and showering our coach in Gatorade. 🥎 But over the years we learned, true leadership isn’t about taking every buzzer-beater or single-handedly inspiring the stadium. It’s acknowledging when we can’t predict the next play, and looking to the team for answers, determining the strategy and raising a hand for an assist. In playing those games today (ok fine, mostly watching them, or rather, watching TSwift watch them…), we’ve learned that victories aren’t just made of trophies and highlight reels, but of shared sweat, passes, and pivots. 🏆 So, let’s channel that spirit. Let’s embrace the huddle, share the ball, and play our hearts out—side by side. Let’s shift from leading to learning and from tip-off to final whistle. 🥅 Because fact is, we’re all key players.  🏄🏼♀️ #SetTheTone
