Omaha Homebuyers Boosted by ACCESSbank, Omaha Nebraska and FHLBank's Partnership FHLBank’s Homeownership Set-aside Program (HSP), part of our Turnkey suite, offers assistance with down payments, closing costs and eligible repairs for first-time buyers at or below 80% of the area median income. ACCESSbank said it's a big benefit for those looking to buy in the Omaha area. “The HSP program significantly enhances our bank’s ability to support families and individuals as they achieve their dream of homeownership," said Katie Henry, who serves as the Consumer Banking Officer for ACCESSbank. "It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the joy at the closing table, knowing that we, as a financial institution, have played a small but vital role in making those dreams a reality.” Read more stories about our grant funds in action in our 2023 AHAC Report. https://lnkd.in/g5Rierp8 #affordableHousing #Omaha #ACCESSbank #partnership #HSP

🚌 Business partners and their families came together to support the Boys and Girls Club's annual Stuff the Bus supply drive this past week. FHLBank was able to fill the bus with much-needed supplies and donate an additional $2,000 to the organization. These donations will directly impact kids in our area. Being a hot summer day, staff and their families were also treated to a local ice cream truck. 🍦
