Renee challenges our team by consistently stepping forward to lead new initiatives and help our team stay growing and innovative. Jamie Medearis celebrates her 2 years as a Talent Advisor on the team. Her fierce drive to always put her best foot forward has helped countless top talent align with our MedTech partners. Ask anyone in the office - we love working alongside her limitless potential! And last, but certainly not least, we celebrate Tracy Fruehauf! Coined our “Office Genie”, Tracy helps keep our entire team organized and in line while also serving as our Mission Coordinator. Last Thursday, our FloodGate Medical team, family and friends had the opportunity to volunteer with SailFuture Academy, an impactful institution in St. Pete dedicated to preparing youth for the real world. SailFuture’s unique approach combines rigorous academic curriculum with hands-on experiences, including time spent on a ship ⛵, internships, and more to equip students with essential life skills and resilience. Being part of this initiative was a BLAST. We witnessed firsthand how the program’s focus on leadership, responsibility, and practical skills transforms young lives in our community. The students’ determination and growth, both on and off the ship, are testaments to SailFuture’s innovative and impactful methodology. Big thanks to Mike Long and Hunter Ross Thompson for taking the time to share their story and growth of SailFuture and it's associated organizations.
