FLYR is excited to announce the details of our $295M capital raise. Check out our Founder & CEO Alex Mans 🛫's thoughts here.
I’m excited to announce that FLYR has raised $295 million to fuel our vision and to rebuild the infrastructure that underpins global travel! We believe in a world where travel companies can innovate freely, growing their business and delivering the experience travelers want. Such vision has remained out of reach for decades because of legacy standards, closed ecosystems, and an oligopoly of vendors that resist change and seek to discredit newcomers. FLYR is different. We partner with our customers to unlock their freedom to innovate with truly open standards and the guaranteed modularity of our solutions. Focused on mission-critical systems, we help our customers displace mainframe-age reservation systems, modernize their retail experience, and deploy AI to automate decisions. While competition continues to exploit expiring legacy solutions at a premium due to a lack of alternatives, FLYR is bringing about change without delay. Having grown from 70 to 700 strong in just 3 years with revenue more than doubling annually, I’m deeply grateful to our team, our investors, and our customers for believing in our mission and vision. I look forward to revealing more of that vision in months to come, showcasing how the future of travel has already arrived for some and how a transition to such future has begun for others.
