About us
We exist to drive lasting social change. We view problems through a lens of humanity, evidence, and possibility. "Trusted managers can reiterate benefits and support health-seeking behaviors. I can't stress this enough... employees need to feel comfortable, they need to feel trusted, it is paramount," Matt Escoubas emphasized at the Wellness in the Workplace Summit on Monday. Hosted by Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the event highlighted best practices for recovery-ready workplaces, how to strengthen the behavioral health workforce, and foster employer buy-in. As our Director of Social Impact and Serve, Matt shared actionable steps from our Workplace Recovery Survey, including using benefits like paid leave, clearly communicating these benefits, creating spaces for mutual support meetings, and fostering a culture of open dialogue about SUD recovery. Supporting recovery in the workplace isn't just beneficial—it's essential. Learn more about how your organization can become recovery-friendly: https://lnkd.in/eRJCNmmt And stay tuned for our latest research findings in our data updates next month. #RecoveryReady #WorkplaceWellness #BehavioralHealth #SUDRecovery #SAMHSA #MentalHealthMatters

Partnering with The Children's Inn at NIH, which provides ‘A Place Like Home’ for families with children with rare and serious medical conditions, was an easy choice. Every day families staying at The Inn can find items that provide a little comfort and joy in their mailboxes. To surprise the residents, our volunteers from across the country got together to create individual "Thoughtful Treasures" along with handwritten and digital cards. Thank you to the staff at The Children’s Inn for the special opportunity.
