    On June 20, 2024, a federal judge vacated a narrow part of the HHS guidance around tracking technologies, ruling that a person’s IP address combined with a visit to a specific webpage isn’t enough to constitute protected health information (PHI). This new guidance started a whirlwind of speculations about the future of privacy in healthcare marketing.
