Say hello to Bridget Latunde! Bridget joined the GAP Solutions, Inc. team in March of this year as an Accounting Clerk III supporting the Custom & Border Protection’s Payroll Branch. In this role, Bridget performs audits and reconciliations regarding employee leave and earnings balances, analyzes pay records process, and completes various other operational tasks to support the client. Prior to this role, Bridget worked as an Admin Clerk and was responsible for payment processing, data entry, and providing customer support. Say hello to Cristal Jimenez! Cristal joined the GAP Solutions, Inc. team in April of this year as an SAP Service Desk Agent/Accounting Clerk III supporting the Custom & Border Protection’s Administration Systems Branch. In this role, Cristal will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer issues as well as tracking the completion of these requests to ensure they have been completed or redirected to the appropriate team(s) for further assistance. Prior to this role, Cristal worked as an Accounting Clerk III/Team Lead supporting the DTOPS (Revenue) team and was responsible for implementing strategies for her team to reach their objectives.
