At Glidewell, our focus on employee development and innovation drives everything we do. On July 25, these priorities shone brightly as our Talent Acquisition team partnered with Orange County Rescue Mission (OCRM) for a day of impactful mock interviews with their dedicated students. We’re overjoyed to share that 21 OCRM graduates have joined our Glidewell team! This achievement reflects not only the strength of our partnership but also our commitment to fostering talent and making a tangible difference in our community. Our heartfelt thanks go to Bryan Crain, Jeana Baltierra, and John J. Tracy for their outstanding tour and support, and to our own Shawn Bentz, Shkari Stone, and Tili Davis for their invaluable time and dedication.
On July 25, the Glidewell Talent Acquisition team conducted mock interviews for students at Orange County Rescue Mission. This non-profit organization is near and dear to my heart, as they provide housing and services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The ‘Success Center,’ which supports career development, is one of many impactful initiatives facilitated by OCRM. Glidewell has proudly retained 21 graduates of their adult education and job-skills programs — a record number! The volunteer work we do at Glidewell Dental is something I don’t highlight enough, but it is one of the most crucial endeavors we partake in as a company. Giving back to the local community in the small ways we can is something I truly believe in. I am so impressed by the quality and abundance of services provided by Orange County Rescue Mission.
