(Global Auto Staffing, aka G.A.S.) We are a global venture-backed automotive recruiting company. We leverage Technology to assist in finding our clients the perfect candidates that fit our client’s needs, skills, and their company’s culture. We thoroughly vet all our candidates and clients. We believe every candidate and client is different, so we don’t just send resumes. We match people. We ensure it is an all-around match and provide our clients and candidates with the best solutions and career moves for our top-notch candidates. We genuinely believe that we can “Accelerate your staffing,” not just get the job done, because/ we all know that good is never good enough. 
 Our recruiting specialties: Although we mainly focus on C-Suite and management recruiting in the automotive retail and technology space. Our specialties include Retail, OEM, Trucking, Solar, Mobility, and automotive technology. We aren’t afraid to venture outside our comfort zone from time to time. There is no job/s too big or too small for us to tackle. We also have a sales consultant program for recruiting fresh talent into your dealerships. Although we don’t actively recruit technicians, we have created some great marketing strategies for you to get conversations with technicians on your own. Please ask how we do this and what we charge for the program. We have also teamed up with some of the best software engineering recruiters in the industry. Celebrate your successes and learn from setbacks, but don't let past disappointments hold you back. Resilience is key in the automotive industry, and it's important to bounce back quickly and not let negative emotions affect your future interactions. Take a moment to process, then let it go and move forward without carrying that wasted emotion into your next opportunity. Remember, dwelling on past letdowns can harm your career prospects. Learn from them, but don't let them define you in interviews or new positions. My Clients often notice when candidates speak negatively about past experiences, so focus on staying positive and forward-thinking in your interactions.
