Chef Daniel Roseira, Corporate Executive Chef for Griffith Foods Brazil, developed a love for cooking at a young age, going on to study food engineering at the Engineering School Mauá, as well as as well as gastronomy at the University of Guarulhos. Daniel has been inspired by his travels to Peru where he immersed himself in the culture and flavors of South America. Rice, corn and beans are staples in South America, but South American cuisine is so much more.
