    Griffith Foods strives to be the premier partner in creating sustainable, nutritious products that support human health. We have developed new global nutrition criteria comprised of nutrient targets from 11 government and authoritative sources including the World Health Organization, US Food & Drug Administration, and other federal health agencies. These standards set upper limits for sodium, sugar, and saturated fat and minimum thresholds for positive nutrients such as fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals.     Chef Daniel Roseira, Corporate Executive Chef for Griffith Foods Brazil, developed a love for cooking at a young age, going on to study food engineering at the Engineering School Mauá, as well as as well as gastronomy at the University of Guarulhos. Daniel has been inspired by his travels to Peru where he immersed himself in the culture and flavors of South America.     Rice, corn and beans are staples in South America, but South American cuisine is so much more. A wide variety of proteins including beef, chicken, pork, and seafood are used along with chili peppers, sweet potatoes, plantains, tomatoes, and onions. You’ll also find an assortment of marinades and sauces that create a mashup of sought after flavors that inspire a variety of dishes being served around the world. For example, you’ll find char-grilled steak and chimichurri flavored potato crisps served as an Argentine-style dish in the UK.
