NASCAR teams develop their lightning-fast pit-stop prowess the same way all top athletes sharpen their skills to championship form – hard, diligent training. But these jack-wielding warriors can’t put practice on hold to sort out car issues. During the 2024 Formula SAE EV Michigan International competition, they were able to set a new North American record (0-60 in 2.27 seconds) in the acceleration event, placed first in autocross, placed first in skidpad, and placed third in endurance.
