At James Hardie, we’re proud to foster professional development. Meet one of our summer interns who will be working with the Learning, Development, and Talent Management team, Jourdnae Moore. Jourdnae is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and received her masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her role includes conducting research to help managers communicate effectively and how to complete fair employee evaluations. She is enjoying her work supporting key development initiatives, Lead@Hardie and Grow@Hardie. Jourdnae’s passion for wanting to help employees feel comfortable in an organization inspired her interest in Human Resources, employee training and development, and the processes that create a healthy, productive organization.
