INTERNATIONAL MARKETER | GROWTH ACCELERATOR | SALES ENABLEMENT

Thank you, Pavilion, for the incredible experience at the EMEA GTM Summit this week. The room was filled with insightful conversations, and I’m sure everyone felt the same electrifying energy. Many friendships and business connections were forged as we came together face-to-face, united by our shared value of helping each other grow. I am immensely grateful to the Pavilion community for shaping my career in #SaaS. After five years as a third-line manager at large international tech firms, joining Seismic four years ago through a referral from the community allowed me to scale the Seismic business from its early inception to a dominant category leader in Europe. This success was made possible by the continuous learning and support from the Pavilion community, always staying up to date with industry developments and best practices. Although I have now left Seismic, the lessons learned and the friendships made remain with me. Thank you, Tom Glason, Nicola Anderson, Aaron Leeder 🏒, Jessica Michael, Fred Mather, Kathleen Booth, Bethany Ayers, Laura Kightlinger for your friendship and coaching, and a special thanks to Sam Jacobs for your vision and leadership. I look forward to continuing this journey, learning, and growing together as a community. Here's to the kindest people finishing first. 🌟 #Growth #SaaS #Community #GTMSummit

CEO @SellMeThisPen AI | Helping Sellers Master Sales with AI Coaching

Last night's Pavilion happy hour was fantastic! Vanessa B. and Josh Solomon shared their career journeys, offering valuable insights on how sales leaders can navigate career opportunities more effectively. My takeaway: As CEOs, we can only attract the best talent when they genuinely fall in love with the problem we’re solving. Everything else is just icing on the cake. I also enjoyed catching up with great friends and leaders in our community—Kyle Norton, Jeff Riseley, Waylon McGill, Ryan Ing, Selena R.—and making new connections Sam Arjmandi, Monique Moran, Noah Margo-Dermer, Paul Abdool, Qasim Virjee. Seeing both old and new friends is always the best part. Happy Friday!

I recently joined Pavilion, a remarkable community for revenue executives specializing in sales, marketing, customer success, and RevOps. Pavilion's core mission is to empower revenue leaders to achieve their full potential and cultivate high-performing organizations. In just a few weeks, I've already witnessed the incredible value they offer in terms of education (currently enrolled in CRO and CMO school), networking with brilliant minds, engaging in fun in-person events, and connecting with exceptional talent partners, which is invaluable as I explore new job opportunities. A big thank you to Sam Jacobs for the bringing me along, Matt Green for leading the Chicago chapter, and all the new connections I've made (you know who you are!). If you're curious to learn more about Pavilion, feel free to reach out to me, and I'll gladly share my experience with you!

Only 20% of employees feel a strong connection to their colleagues and organization. This staggering percentage can cost >200% of their annual salary due to this disconnected behavior. Series hosts, Jeroen Hendriks (Founder & CGO) of IF Associates and Douglas van Oijen (Co-Founder) of Mindstage invite GTM leaders to join in on the conversation surrounding unengaged colleagues in an organization. Join the conversation with Amelia Taylor where we discuss: 🥩 What is at stake for companies failing to engage their employees?  ❎ Activating correct behavior and developing cross-departmental skills 🎖 Achieving GTM Success through an Internal Ecosystem 🐕 Focusing on employee behavior as a driver

SVP Marketing & Growth @ Pavilion | DM me to ask about Pavilion membership

"I just started the Revenue Architecture class, 2 sessions in, and WOW. I already feel I've gotten my ROI from Pavilion (the people, the schools), but this pays for the membership alone. So amazingly overwhelming. Had to share." Got this message yesterday from a Pavilion member and it so perfectly captures the type of feedback I hear all the time after people take the Revenue Architecture course, and I just need to take a moment to recognize and thank the team behind this exceptional program. If you're not already familiar with it, Revenue Architecture is Winning by Design's flagship course that digs into the science of building what WBD founder 🐶 Jacco van der Kooij calls a "revenue factory." I personally took this course a few years ago and was blown away by it. It is DENSE with actionable information, mathematical models, and frameworks for driving incremental improvements at every stage of the bowtie (ie. the full revenue funnel). We're very fortunate at Pavilion to have a strategic partnership with Winning by Design, which is arguably the top boutique firm worldwide in the area of recurring revenue acceleration. Through that partnership, we're able to offer Revenue Architecture (which normally costs ~$2,500) at no cost as part of a Pavilion Executive membership. And boy does that course deliver. It's that good. That's why members like the one who messaged me yesterday get so excited. There's incredible value in Pavilion itself - including our community of 10,000+ GTM leaders, our events, and Pavilion University courses. When you add Revenue Architecture on top of all that, it is 👩🍳 😘 . Thank you 🐶 Jacco van der Kooij, Shari Johnston, Lauren Shleifer Goldstein, and Sari Green for your partnership, and for making Revenue Architecture accessible to Pavilion members! 🙏 (PS - If you're not a member and are interested in learning more or joining, shoot me a DM and I'm happy to share my VIP discount code) #community #kathleenhq

The data is clear: B2B buyers guard their buying process from outside influence until they have already created a short list and put a vendor on top of it. Buyers believe they can acquire crucial decision-making information before engaging with sellers. So, how can B2B organizations compete effectively? In this session featuring Kerry Cunningham Research & Thought Leader at 6sense, we’ll discuss the evidence for Defensive Buyer Syndrome and Empowered Buyer Syndrome, and then provide solutions for thriving in this new reality of B2B buying.
