Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care is now in Windsor, CO! 🎉 On July 27, Kiddie Academy of Windsor, owned and operated by Devon and Nanette Cohen, celebrated its Grand Opening with a western themed event. Over 350 people were in attendance including community leaders, 14 local business partner exhibits and Joshua Frick, president of Kiddie Academy. The event featured fun activities like cowboy hat painting, line dancing and a petting zoo. “We feel so privileged to bring Kiddie Academy to Northern Colorado,” said Nanette. “This is a really exciting time for us and we are thrilled to be introducing our well-trained, attentive educators to local area parents and their children.” Congratulations Devon and Nanette, we are excited to have Kiddie Academy of Windsor as part of our growing community!

Congratulations to Kiddie Academy® of Kennesaw on a successful Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting event! The Ribbon Cutting event was held on Friday, July 26 for the local business community, followed by a Storytime LIVE! Grand Opening event for families on Saturday featuring Clifford. Local families enjoyed meeting the educators at the event, which featured special Life Essentials® activity stations, games, a bounce house, fresh pizza truck, and more. Owners Payal and Ajay Anand welcomed many enrolled and potential new families throughout the event, while their energetic group of teachers did a great job entertaining everyone. Congratulations to Payal and Ajay, our support team at the Corporate Office, and the entire Kiddie Academy of Kennesaw team, on the opening of this beautiful new Academy. 

Meet Sarah Niblick, director of franchise development at Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care. Having joined the company in 2017 as a pre-enrollment manager, Sarah has been a key driver in the evolution of the franchising development department at Kiddie Academy.    Her passion for education, combined with her impressive background in business analysis and project management, has led to her successfully opening more than 65 Academies and counting. Sarah’s ability to build strong relationships, get down to the root of what people need, and her deep knowledge of the Kiddie Academy system have allowed her to serve as a support system for franchisees across the country. And with two children currently enrolled at Kiddie Academy of Abingdon, Maryland (and another on the way!), Sarah understands first-hand what's important to families looking for child care, as well as the emotional side of the business that can too often be overlooked.    For Sarah, the best part about her job is when she has the chance to hear about people’s “why”. “When meeting someone who is interested in opening a child care facility, my first question typically revolves around what led them to their decision. People come from all over the country, each with a different background and various reasons behind becoming a franchise owner. Having this individual understanding allows me to give people the specific information they need to feel confident in taking the leap, which often leads to me getting to experience their excitement and help their dreams come true. There is nothing more fulfilling than that.”

Congratulations to Kiddie Academy of Seattle-Greenwood for breaking ground on their future franchise location!    Kiddie Academy of Seattle-Greenwood is owned and operated by Devinder Singh Josan and Rimmi Josan under their parent company, KAGS Group, which already operates six successful Kiddie Academy locations in the Seattle-area.  KAGS Group continues to expand to meet the needs of the community, driven by its mission to nurture, educate and inspire young minds. "In response to the community’s request, we are thrilled to expand our presence in Seattle to meet the growing demand for high-quality early childhood education,” said KAGS Group’s owner, Devinder Singh Josan. “As we open this new location, we are excited to bring our proven approach to a new community, ensuring more families have access to the exceptional care and education that have made our other locations so successful and beloved." The new facility will feature 12 classrooms, three state-of-the-art playgrounds, ample parking, a full onsite kitchen ready to serve nutritious organic meals, safety features like a WatchMeGrow camera system, and abundant natural light. We are so excited to have Kiddie Academy of Seattle-Greenwood as part of our growing community and look forward to their 2025 opening! 

Last week, the Education, Marketing, and Operations departments presented our regional training in Northern California & Seattle. The excitement and engagement these teams brough to their trainings electrified the attendees and reignited their passion for doing what's best by and for the children across our system. Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care is now in Olathe, KS! 🎉 Kiddie Academy of Olathe, owned and operated by TCF Schools Management, recently celebrated its Grand Opening in conjunction with Storytime LIVE!, a free community event featuring special storybook readings and character visits. “We’re very excited to open our 13th Kiddie Academy under TCF Schools Management in Olathe,” said Ellen Muneratti, CEO of TCF Schools Management. “We’re bringing the Kiddie Academy brand to a new state, and our plan is to open at least two more schools next year in Kansas. While Olathe has other child care options, our Life Essentials® curriculum sets us apart.” We’re excited to have Kiddie Academy of Olathe as part of our growing community! 

From June 27 – 29, Franchisees, Directors, and Educators gathered in Denver, Colorado for the Kiddie Academy® 2024 Annual Conference!    With a record attendance of more than 300 attendees, we were able to share our message far and wide, focusing on the Life Essentials® curriculum’s ability to produce the six outcomes – Character, Confidence, Curiosity, Connection, Critical Thinking, and Creative Expression – and the impact it has on children. Big thanks to all who joined us this year and contributed to making this event such a great success. Your participation is truly invaluable.
