Even though the workplace is changing, we can still get stuck in our work habits. But the best practices for collaboration 10 years ago may not be the best ones today. Navigating your collaboration practices can be tricky. For instance, there was no need to consider collaboration equity for distributed teams in the past, so those practices aren’t as helpful to look to for remote and hybrid teams. And overcompensating for the hybrid workplace with excessive virtual meetings is also not ideal. Want to check if your collaboration practices need an upgrade?
