    Experienced Executive Housekeeper Needed for Town Home in New York City, NY We are seeking a dedicated individual who can independently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and oversee the maintenance of a private NYC townhome. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play an important role in ensuring the home is a haven of tranquility and sophistication for the family and guests. You must be comfortable using technology, managing staff, following instructions, and have excellent communication skills. Must be local to New York City and have wonderful references from past employers. Responsibilities: · Perform daily general and deep cleaning of the interior, keeping the house clean and organized at all times. · Daily laundry, including ironing of clothes and linens. · Manage and lead a team of housekeepers. · Bring in mail and packages. Make returns as needed. · Regularly check supply levels and monitor pantry, refrigerator, supply closets, bathrooms, etc., keeping the areas organized and restocking supplies as needed. · Run errands such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, FedEx/UPS, and any requests made by the House Manager and Principals. · Be the eyes and gatekeeper of the home, answering the doorbell and overseeing vendors when needed. · Excellent hospitality experiences · Be proactive and tend to the small details. Having a passion for organization and a strong attention to detail is a must! Qualifications: · Minimum 7+ years’ experience working as a housekeeper in a high-profile home. · Able to stand, walk, climb stairs for extended periods of time. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. · Have excellent and verifiable references from current and past employers. · You must be Covid vaccinated. Schedule: This position is a full time, Monday through Friday role.   Compensation: This is an hourly position. The expected pay is $110,000 to $120,000 annually depending on experience with great benefits package. The role involves various administrative & operational duties, requiring proficiency in scheduling & calendar management, policy & procedure execution, research, data interpretation & compilation, database management, task & project management, occasional event coordination, & basic financial literacy. The EOA ensures these functions are performed within a confidential environment.   Ideally, you're a highly organized self-starter, polished, attentive to details, & enjoys a supporting role. This individual share 360-degree responsibility for the smooth operation of the residence. The House Manager will collaborate with the principals, established domestic team, and the Family Office to enhance and maintain benchmark standards. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a hands-on mentality. Responsibilities:   · Manage the day-to-day operations of the principals’ primary residence. Perform a daily walkthrough to ensure all systems are in proper working order. ·  Oversee and manage diverse teams including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Assistant Property Managers, and Spa. · Act as the primary point of contact for the principals within their household. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a fine home, boutique hotel, or private yacht with excellent verifiable references. The principals are looking for an intuitive professional who offers exceptional customer service. Candidates should understand what is required in the daily management of a fine home and have proven track record of successful property, people, and project management. Hard-working individuals with demonstrated loyalty and discretion will do well in this role.  Candidates much be computer literate, tech-savvy, and have experience with Microsoft products.     Controller Wanted in Beverly Hills, CA Our client, a Beverly Hills based family, has created a new role to do hands-on accounting and oversee their personal outflows. This role will interface with their outside public accounting firm, their established out-of-state family office, and their operating company which is based in Beverly Hills. This is an in-office position and is based within the operating company’s location. The right person has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting (advanced degree a plus) and significant experience working with these types of families, has impeccable accounting skills, is highly organized, highly accurate, smart, has emotional intelligence and a polished executive skillset. Discretion and confidentiality are a must. The primary responsibilities include: · Establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls · Responsible for 360° accounts payable · Review of ongoing expenses and contracts using judgement with a focus on appropriate spending · Cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting · Review and manage household budgets · Reconciliation of bank accounts and petty cash · Implement cost saving measures where appropriate Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position allows for flexibility in start and end time. They are open to a 4 or 5 day per week schedule and a schedule that is considerate of your commute.
