Jerald is a senior healthcare leader, consultant, executive coach, author, and professional speaker. He owns J Cosey Speaks; a company dedicated to empowering leaders in senior healthcare. Previously, he served as the operational leadership development director for a large healthcare provider, developing leaders for over 90 communities. Jerald has extensive experience managing skilled nursing communities and has received numerous awards in his career. He is also the founder of Graceful Moments, an outreach ministry for senior living communities. Majestic Care is excited to partner with Jerald to launch this program and the Predictive Index tool, aiming to elevate leaders' sense of purpose and joy in caring for others. Our organization is incredibly proud of Matt Seib (Director of Nutritional Services), for his outstanding performance in the Culinary Caregiver Competition organized by the Indiana Health Care Association! 👨🍳🍴 Matt showcased his culinary talents by preparing an appetizer featuring a frozen waffle, an entree featuring Cheese Whiz, and a delicious dessert—all inspired by foods invented in the 1950s. This inaugural event highlighted the creativity of culinary arts in long-term care. Judged by three independent judges on taste, presentation, and execution, Matt tied for first place! After an intense tiebreaker, he narrowly missed the top spot by just one point. We are thrilled with Matt's achievements and his exceptional representation of culinary arts. Matt is a fantastic asset to the Majestic family and the residents he serves! 💙💜 #MyMajestic
