In celebration of Pride 2024 and the 55th anniversary of the Stonewall Rebellion, we are proud to continue our support of the Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center (SNMVC) to preserve, advance and celebrate the legacy of Stonewall and the fight for LGBTQIA+ rights. The Stonewall National Monument is America’s first national park site dedicated to LGBTQIA+ history. The SNMVC was conceived and developed to share the story of that history, memorializing Stonewall and the 1969 uprising that gave birth to the modern movement for LGBTQIA+ rights. Michael and his husband, Lance Le Pere, two of the SNMVC’s founding supporters, joined Gayle Rankin, Alan Cumming, Jonathan Groff and others at the grand opening ceremony in New York’s Greenwich Village. As part of the brand’s ongoing support for the SNMVC, a co-branded, special-edition canvas tote bag was created to raise funds and awareness. The tote is available in the Visitor Center gift shop and one hundred percent of the profits from its sale benefit the SNMVC. Additionally, our NYC flagship store hosted a “shop for a cause” event where 15% of all proceeds were donated to the Visitor Center. #MichaelKors #TeamKors #KorsCareers
