Mobile technology platform Springshot launched in 2011 with a goal to transform the work of those in the service industry. The platform aimed to provide a unified control panel that would connect teams (including ramp workers, passenger service agents, baggage handlers, cabin cleaners, catering, and fuelling staff) at every stage of the operational process, creating a timeline view of tasks or 'missions' that needed to be completed 📝 Given the various challenges that arise in daily operations at airports of all sizes, Slingshot needed a complete, reliable and comprehensive source of flight status data that could be easily integrated into their platform 📱 Now, by relying on OAG data, Springshot is able to deliver a high quality platform that airports and airlines can use to manage their everyday tasks, based on the exact times aircraft are arriving and departing - improving time management, resource distribution and operational efficiency⏱️ Read our case study to find out more ➡️ https://hubs.li/Q02J_wJj0
