With 17 years of multifamily experience, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across various asset types and markets. Her journey began in tax credit multifamily housing, where she developed a strong foundation in financial and regulatory matters. She then expanded her experience, managing stabilized, rehab, and lease-up assets across Texas, Iowa, and Georgia. Stephanie's commitment to excellence is reflected in her achievements, including earning her CAM license in 2018 and graduating from the San Antonio Apartment Association's Leadership Lyceum in 2023. Her active involvement in apartment association committees and the numerous awards she has received further underscore her dedication and impact in the industry.
