Today, FIBRA Prologis became the majority shareholder of Terrafina! The team closed a tender offer to acquire 77.14% of all shares. Terrafina manages 42.2 million square feet of industrial real estate across key properties. As of Q2’s closing, FIBRA Prologis is comprised of 46.9 million square feet of leasable area.
