With a growing portfolio of over 50 properties totaling more than 15,000 units, they are a leader in the multifamily sector, known for their commitment to operational excellence and innovation.   Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. • 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in multifamily. • Proven track record in managing IT, Revenue Management, and platform management initiatives. • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on operational excellence. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Leading a team of Regional Property Managers, Property Managers, a Regional Facilities Manager, and a Director of Resident Engagement, your responsibilities will include: ➡ Enhancing the quality of life for residents. ➡Maintaining positive resident and community relations. ➡Meeting financial objectives for ownership and property management. ➡Protecting the value and integrity of the communities. ➡Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements. Client Overview: Established 20 years ago, the company focuses on preserving and developing affordable, workforce, and mixed-income housing.     🏡 Position Available: District Operations Director 📍 Location: Charlotte, NC The District Operations Director will oversee the daily management and coordination of property operations in their assigned market for a portfolio consisting of 6,500+ SFR’s which includes property acquisition, property renovation, leasing, property management, financial performance and collections. This role will develop and maintain strong working relationships with local markets, national and corporate employees as well as third-party vendors and leasing firms.  Company Info: Join one of the largest single-family rental managers in the United States, with over 50,000 homes across approximately 20 states. Key Requirements: 🔹 5+ years’ experience leading the operations for a large portfolio of properties and leading a regional team; ideally SFR, hotels or multifamily. 🔹General knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis. 🔹Experience working in a cross-functional group, project management, and/or process improvement-oriented role. 🔹Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar property management program. 🔹Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
