Remarkable Career is a full service, direct hire Executive Search Firm. Our consultative process focuses on exceeding all standard recruitment expectations. When we partner with a new company, we do a deep dive up front to learn everything that's NOT posted on the JD so we can about their culture, their objectives, their challenges, their competition, and much more. We aim to make long term placements where candidates can find growth opportunities, support, and overall long term fulfillment. We want our candidates to truly experience Remarkable Careers. Most of our placements end up sticking for years and years. We believe in having fewer partnerships with deeper connections than lots of surface level shallow connections.     Hi LinkedIn Fam! Is the energy feeling heavy lately? Don't know about you but I've had a ton of friends, candidates, and even clients reaching out and sharing stories of crazy crisis's they're going through, simultaneously and everyone from different walks of life. I'm talking to dozens of people every single day and the vibe I'm getting is that a LOT of people are feeling extra stressed and tense at the moment, a lot revolving on financial struggles, election, inflation and a difficult job market. So if you're feeling like this, you're definitely not alone. I found a book a while back called "Letting Go" - David Hawkins. Same guy that wrote Power vs. Force. I swear it's changed my life (and several friend's lives) for the better in all way shapes or forms. I've read it 30 times now on audible as I'm falling asleep and I seriously feel lighter every day. If you're applying places and getting discouraged, just keep going. Bring the same energy from your first interview to every subsequent interview, even if it gets tough. I've seen great people lose great positions due to a bad interviews from being jaded after multiple rejections. They sound unfriendly and monotone on their interviews and don't get further consideration after. Don't let this happen to you. Keep your energy positive, don't give up and just keep going. Pro-tip! Get yourself LinkedIn recommendations so people know that you're a great person to work with. Most hiring is done on vibes just as strongly if not more as it's done comparing a resume to a job posting. We all want to work with people we know we'll vibe with so don't be afraid to ask for reco's so future companies know you're not a weirdo lol. Love you guys, going to post a lot more.     Hi Everyone! My bday is in a few days!!! I'm sorry I haven't been posting much the last few weeks. The last few months have been crazy with traveling! I went to a wedding in San Miguel, Envision music festival in Costa Rica, Eclipse music festival this past weekend, wedding yesterday, then I have my bday party this weekend and Coachella next weekend. I got hard for bdays each year fair warning. Thank God for NAD injections and Peptides! During that time we've been working on some incredible positions, with most candidates at the final stages. DON'T WORRY I'm getting several more over the next few weeks and will post them once my bday festivities are officially done after Coachella lol In the meantime, I invite you into a sneak peak of the ReMarkable Career company culture so you can see what my team and I get into during our company retreats and who we are as people.
