📣 NEW RESEARCH STUDY RELEASED: We just published the results of our Higher Ed Marketing Metrics Survey, conducted in collaboration with @UPCEA, titled “What Gets Measured Gets Managed.” The study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of higher education marketing metrics, specifically focusing on cost per inquiry (CPI) and enrollment costs. 🤔 Interestingly, less than half of all higher education marketers are tracking CPI. This presents an opportunity to significantly improve campaign performance and lower costs. 📊 Key findings: - Only 46% of higher education marketers are tracking CPI. - The average cost per inquiry is $140. - In-house teams handle most email marketing campaigns, while digital advertising is often outsourced. - Marketers who track their campaigns are more satisfied with their performance.
