When Wil Reynolds' customGPTs failed to follow explicit instructions for summarizing his LinkedIn posts, he switched to Claude, which completed the task flawlessly with just one set of instructions. What is your experience with the differences in performance between AI models like ChatGPT and Claude? Have you seen similar results?
Claude projects are crushing my customGPT's lately. If your customGPT's are failing or taking too long, or not following instructions consider pivoting to Claude This past week I gave ChatGPT a file with all my LinkedIn posts and gave it very very explicit instructions to follow, summarize and also give a link, it failed so often that I just kept getting more and more explicit in my instructions. In parallel, I was running it in Claude and only had to give it one set of instructions (5 minutes) and it worked flawlessly, only referencing my file, ChatGPT I still can't get it to work after 1 hour. Lesson: There is no AI, there's different models which have different capabilities, don't ever wirte off "AI" without testing various models regularly as they are different and they do get better (or worse) over time.

We're starting to hear more and more "I found you on ChatGPT" and while there's no "webmaster tools" for ChatGPT we decided to show you how to build your own question tracker to see if your brand shows up for queries.
Are you starting to get leads saying "I found you in ChatGPT?", I am. Are you also starting to get clients and managers asking "Did you see someone just said they found us on ChatGPT, are we showing up there?" This video shows you how you can track unlimited amounts of questions in a spreadsheet to see if the brands that show up on Google (PAAs) are different than the ones in ChatGPT's answer. How can you tell if your visibility for certain keywords is strong on Google but weak on ChatGPT? That would be a threat if your customers started moving over to ChatGPT as you may be invisible there.
