    This quarter at Sezzle, we've reached remarkable milestones that represent an incredible evolution. Two years ago, Sezzle's primary goal was to weather the storm, like many other financial technology companies at the time. Our focus was on navigating the challenges of a competitive and uncertain market. How things have changed... Today, we are thrilled to share our 2024 second-quarter results, which not only highlight Sezzle's continued record-breaking growth across major financial metrics, but also solidifies our position as a leading player in the payments space. We are thriving and becoming recognized leaders in the Buy Now, Pay Later sector and setting new standards for success. Our continued performance underscores the successful path Sezzle is on. Key highlights from the second quarter include: - Total Revenue soared by over 60% year-over-year to $56 million, driven by the growth and engagement of the Sezzle Anywhere and Sezzle Premium subscriber base. - Total Revenue as a percentage of UMS reached 10.5%, surpassing the previous all-time high of 9.5% set in 1Q24. - Underlying Merchant Sales increased by 38.9% YoY to $532.2 million, surpassing the previous non-holiday UMS quarterly high set in 1Q24. - Consumer engagement contributed to the YoY growth, with the overall consumer purchase frequency climbing to 4.8 times in 2Q24 from 3.2 times in the same period in 2023. - We reduced Operating Expenses by 2.6% year-over-year to $18.4 million, demonstrating our commitment to not just expanding but doing so thoughtfully and sustainably.
