When you know your farmer, you know your food. We craft wholesome, farm-fresh foods like milk, cream, butter, eggs, and super premium ice cream that we distribute through wholesale partners and our home delivery service. Our products can be found throughout the East Coast in grocery stores, markets, and co-ops, including popular chains like Whole Foods, Mom’s Organic Markets, and Giant Food delivery. We also partner with popular sports stadiums. Fans of teams like the Washington Commanders, the Baltimore Orioles, and the Washington Nationals can enjoy SMC ice cream while they cheer on their favorite teams. The SMC home delivery service connects our customers with local, Mid-Atlantic farmers and vendors. We bring the farmer’s market to your doorstep, delivering all-natural dairy products, cage-free eggs, grass-fed beef, in-season fruits and vegetables, prepared meals and more food you can feel good about. Trickling Springs Organic is also a part of the South Mountain Creamery brand. We work in partnership with local Pennsylvania organic farmers to make farm-fresh organic milk. Ever wonder how milk is made? Check out this video for a behind-the-scenes look at how we do it here at South Mountain Creamery! Within 12 hours after our cows are milked, we transport the milk to the 'raw room' at our production facility. To make 2% and non-fat milk, we spin the liquid incredibly fast in a centrifuge to separate the cream from the skim milk. But for our whole, cream top, and flavored milks, we don't spin it at all! Instead, we leave in the good fat so you taste the creamiest, richest flavor possible!

Have you tried our #organic Creamline Milk? While most milk is homogenized, creamline milk is non-homogenized so that the cream rises to the top and separates from the milk after it has been bottled. Creamline milk is still pasteurized, so it's completely safe to drink, but maintains that delicious. farm-fresh taste!
