📣Important News📣 The Department of Labor is increasing the minimum salary required for employees to be exempt from overtime. ● Previously: $35,568 per year ● July 1st: $43,888 per year ● January 1st: $58,656 per year This means that a lot of workers who were previously exempt from overtime may now be eligible. You'll need to decide whether to make these employees hourly or increase their salaries. Don't get caught off guard! Now is the time to start planning.
