Earlier this year, as part of our commitment to create a more inclusive physical and digital experience in U.S. stores nationwide, we launched an Inclusive Spaces Framework to create a more accessible store experience that will guide new store designs and renovations going forward. Some of the key features designed to make a difference include a next-generation point-of-sale, optimized acoustics and lighting, customer order status board, a more accessible handoff counter, and the Aira app for customers who are blind or have low-vision which allows them to connect to on-demand visual interpreters who help guide them through the store.
