Essential Functions - Retrieve deliveries from various company storage locations throughout the city, load, unload, and deliver items based on procurement and operational processes. - Support property operations teams with the delivery of replacement furniture and operational items. - Maintain housekeeping storage units in good order, including inventory management and restocking as needed. - Adhere to the company’s safety and operational protocols. - Assist with basic operations and on-site support tasks at active properties as needed. - Contribute to the overall upkeep of properties, both interior and exterior, including removing excess trash and transporting it to a local dumpster or dump location. - Assist with property walkthroughs as needed. - Perform other tasks and projects as assigned. Requisites - Prior experience using mobile applications to manage, track, and complete day-to-day tasks. Technology should feel intuitive rather than intimidating. - Resident of Savannah, GA, or within a reasonable commuting distance. - Physically engaging role: employees should expect to be on their feet for most of the workday, lift up to 50-75 lbs comfortably and unassisted, and be comfortable with ladder use. - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - Access to reliable personal transportation. - A background check will be conducted as a contingency for employment. - Prior experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required. Heirloom’s Nashville market consists of 11 units, approximately ~40-50 bedrooms. - Nashville is one of Heirloom’s secondary markets, the Property Manager is the only full time employee in Nashville and is responsible for overseeing the market operations and managing relationships with third party contract service providers. The Property Manager should feel confident in working and producing results with minimal direct in-market supervision. The Property Manager’s success will be measured using guest review scores.
