    The theme of Epic UGM 2024 is “Storytime,” so gather round, cozy up, get comfy, and we’ll tell you the (epic) tale of Epic and Talkdesk. Once upon a time, in 2023, at an Epic User Group Meeting far, far away, Talkdesk announced that we had joined Epic’s Workshop Program. Together, we would strive to build a deep and powerful integration between Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud and Epic. Healthcare CX professionals far and wide were ecstatic, and Talkdesk was the very first CCaaS vendor to join the co-innovation program. As the days turned to nights, and as 2023 turned to 2024, this year’s UGM is upon us, and in the blink of an eye, against all odds, an already deep partnership is blossoming into something even more special. What is that something special you may ask? Together, Epic and Talkdesk are writing the next chapter of the healthcare consumer experience, and we have a huge announcement about it coming soon.
