    Last week, Clinique hosted over 40 Clinical Consultants from 17 markets around the world, who traveled to New York City for the annual “Stars To New York” event. The 3-day event was filled with education that included a tour of Clinique’s R&D facilities as well as the brand archives. They also participated in workshops and fireside chats with leaders including William P. Lauder, Executive Chairman, Estée Lauder Companies and Michelle Freyre, Global Brand President, who discussed the Lauder family’s special connection with the brand since its inception. Global leaders also celebrated the Stars and their dedication of service to consumers throughout the week.   Clinique Consultants are central to our brand mission and belief that great skin can be created. Certified through an intensive Clinical Consultant Accreditation program and educated in partnership with dermatologists, Clinical Consultants are an extension of the brand’s guiding dermatologists and scientists.    A big congratulations and thank you to all our brilliant 2024 Clinique Stars!    #Clinique #cliniqueconsultant #STNY24

  • Last month, members of our IT, ID&E, and Global Talent teams attended Disability:IN Annual Conference and Expo, a global corporate disability inclusion event bringing industry leaders together to discuss best practices. This year, ELC highlighted our Voice-enabled Makeup Assistant (VMA), an app that supports blind and visually impaired consumers with applying makeup.   • ELC employees recently joined Executive Chairman, William P. Lauder for a visit to Camp Anita Bliss Coler (ABC), a The Fresh Air Fund camp, for a day of volunteerism. As ELC continues to promote continuous learning, education, and curiosity for youth, volunteers spent time with campers completing a two-week program at the camp, which hosts girls ages 9-15. The campers brought plenty of joy, gratitude, and positivity to team-building activities that included board games, sports, and friendship bracelet-making.

Lauder, recently joined Roberto Canevari, Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain, for a tour of our state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution site in Oevel, Belgium. William engaged with numerous ELC employees, including several long-standing employees who have been with the company for more than 40 years.
