    We now support customizable CSAT options for In-App Chat, Email, and Slack. CSAT can now be triggered via... you guessed it, Triggers.     Welcome to the new Pylon office. We started the company in Advith Chelikani and Robert Eng's apartment. I spent the first 3 weeks on an air mattress in their living room. After we finished YC and raised a Seed round, we moved into a loft across from Oracle Park. We lived there and the team worked out of there. Advith and I slept in the conference rooms, Robert slept on a mattress on the floor in the main area. It was awesome. But after a year we were growing out of it. Our founding AE was taking calls 3 ft away from Advith's bed. ... When we first saw the listing for our new office we thought we'd check it out just for fun. It wasn't a serious consideration. It's a whole building (!), fits 100 people (!), and required a multi-year agreement (!). But we couldn't get it out of our heads. The team was SO excited about it: - 13,000 sqft - logo on the building - next to the Caltrain - great event/conference space - place to host customers - it's the iconic previous UserTesting building So we negotiated hard... And pulled the trigger ✅ ... It was the right decision. The energy is incredible. People are bringing their friends over to play board games. The team is self-hosting pizza nights. We've co-hosted 3 events with other companies already. And everyday people are messaging us about the logo on the building. ... We're Pylon. The next generation customer support platform, optimized for B2B. And we're growing the team 50% next month, ALL IN-PERSON (open roles in comments). 🚀 Join us, we're hiring! 🚀

    We were an early adopter of the Pylon platform for streamlining chat-based support into a sustainable CS service (thanks, John). In the short time since adopting their service, I've been gobsmacked at how many features they have added. Someone needs to write a book over there (pssst Marty) on how they have accomplished this much product velocity over a short period of time and are still gaining momentum!     Best in class support is an underrated feature. I'm constantly impressed by our team's ability to support customers. Here's what i've learnt from them! 1) Speed matters 🚤 We measure our SLAs in minutes and pride ourselves on answering our customers as quickly as we can. 2) Developer success is built on data 🔢 We track everything. Questions, Categories, Docs site views, SLAs ... its all funnelled into a data ware house where we build out the reports based on the KPIs we're optimising for. 3) Support starts with great onboarding ↗ We've built in prompts, hints and short links (thanks Dub.co) to inform users of all the resources they have when getting started with Speakeasy Lastly but not least we have built a culture enjoying support 😀 whether its docs, guides, slack support or in person chats with customers we look forward to it and have business goals around it.
