Michelin and Travel Texas today revealed an expansion of The MICHELIN Guide, with the announcement of The MICHELIN Guide Texas. Find out more information here: https://bit.ly/3zALKYX “We are very proud to be included in The MICHELIN Guide Texas and are excited about its positive impact on Dallas’ vibrant culinary scene,” said Craig Davis, Visit Dallas President and CEO. " The partnership combines Travel Texas’s strength in tourism with Michelin’s 120-plus years of experience in gastronomy. The MICHELIN guide Texas will include selections from Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, and will be announced later this year!

At 19, Chef Arnaud ventured to the US, eventually making it his culinary home base. His career has taken him from Las Vegas to Hawaii and now to 🤠 Dallas, where he brings his expertise to Hilton Anatole.
