Are you familiar with Spoon Theory? It employs spoons as a metaphor for energy, where various tasks require different amounts of "spoons," representing one's energy reserve. When all of their spoons are gone, so is the person's energy. Gavin Bollard explores the relevance of this theory to autism and other invisible disabilities in his article titled 'Spoon Theory and its Relation to Autism’: https://ow.ly/iFYp50Sw3ba #WeaverIndustries #AutismAwareness #SpoonTheory
