Dr. Kristy Prouse shared her profound insights into functional and integrative medicine on the latest episode of Wellness at the Speed of Light Her own struggle with adrenal fatigue and severe burnout, led her to explore a holistic blend of conventional and naturopathic medicine and completely changed her mindset and course of her career. During our discussion, she emphasized the critical importance of personalized and precision care. She stressed that having comprehensive information before making any treatment decisions is essential to avoid superficial and ineffective approaches. Her holistic approach bridges the gap between traditional practices and the evolving needs of both women and men experiencing hormonal imbalances. Dr. Prouse notes that the growing demand from patients is driving the adoption of functional integrative medicine, challenging the medical community to move beyond siloed approaches. Her commitment to transforming workplace equity for menopausal women and advancing integrative health practices is truly remarkable. I found our conversation incredibly eye-opening, and I encourage everyone to tune in to benefit from her wealth of knowledge. Episode available on Monday everywhere you listen to your podcasts. #Womenshealth #DrSinicropi #HormonalDisfunction #Wellness #WellnessattheSpeedofLight

Compare yourself today to who you were yesterday That’s a game you can win Some personal thoughts…. Had the opportunity on vacation in Italy to spend more time thinking about who I am today versus who I was just a couple of years ago When we have the actual time to stop get away from the daily grind and hustle and bustle, we really can do a live autopsy on our own personal transformation I feel so incredibly blessed to have found the passion for health and well-being, integrative health, holistic medicine, which has dramatically changed me as a physician and how I look at whole person Health. I’m deeply grateful for the unbelievable support that I have gotten from my family, colleagues and general public. My mission going forward is to continue to share what I’m learning with my colleagues and the general population with the hopes of achieving change in the way that others think about whole person health, and that people truly become the CEOs of their own health I hope to look back a couple years from now, having further positively transformed who I am as a person and a physician, and hope that my impact on peoples lives has continued to grow Dr. S #personalgrowth #transformation #wellbeing #CEOofYourOwnHealth #WellnessattheSpeedofLight #DrSinicropi

The REMS bone scan has finally arrived from Italy and at HyperCharge! It lets us accurately assess T Score and Bone Fragility Index, enhancing our proprietary bone health and osteoporosis management program. We are committed to raising awareness of bone health as early as possible and recommend earlier screening especially in women to create preventive rather than reactive strategies. This cutting-edge technology uses ultrasound and radiofrequency waves for quick, accurate, and radiation-free bone assessments. REMS excels over traditional DEXA by providing precise evaluations of the spine and femur in minutes. Studies support the REMS outperforms DEXA in diagnosing osteoporosis, especially in severe osteoarthritis cases, enabling earlier and more effective treatments. Perfect for frequent follow-ups, REMS is portable and ideal for bedside use, making it accessible for all patients. Despite being new, we believe the REMS bone scan will rapidly become the go-to choice for bone health.
