The opening of our Zen House in Bloomington, our first youth home, represents an area of continued growth for Wingspan. We’re proud to include youth in our mission to empower people impacted by disabilities to live their best lives

Merci to House Coordinator Anne Perry (top center) and the ladies at our 1250 Hoyt home for cheerfully indulging our Development Officer Darolyn Gray in creating their own Olympic logo using some of Anne’s many hula hoops. The ladies have been cheering for the athletes in Paris. In partnership with Alliance Française Mpls/St Paul, this home was among the clients who participated in our first ever 9-week French class for people with developmental disabilities. We had an amazing time—including singing with chanteuse Francine Roche!
