Not only is Meg a talented professional creating experiential consumer spaces, but she is also committed and passionate about opening doors to all abilities in the retail industry. Recently, Meg Lefeld and ZenGenius CEO, Joe Baer, were invited to Washington D.C. at the US Capital Building to speak about inclusive, sensory merchandising. With the gift shop on the interior, both Lefeld and Baer worked intently with the team to educate, train, and tailor their customer journey. Following this visit, Meg contributed to a White Paper by Hart titled, SHINE: A MODERN-DAY RETAIL OPERATIONS PROTOCOL FOR IMPACT AND GROWTH, with HART's VP, Strategy & Innovation, Scott Hauman. While Hart developed the SHINE protocol, Meg felt honored to take part by showcasing ZenGenius' work in the Cannabis industry through project photos and case studies.
