Lead and support the implementation and strategic planning for all programs that LADF runs and funds, including Dodgers Dreamteam, Dream Fields, as well as grantmaking and initiatives.

Guides programmatic standards and devises supportive curriculum, evaluation protocols, and associated training modules to ensure implementation of defined standards throughout the network of Woodcraft Rangers schools and communities.

As a member of the Executive Council, I am able to help support the growth and development of Fellows currently in the program. Additionally, I am able to support the growth and sustainability of the City Scholars Foundation through advocacy, volunteerism, and council.

As Program Director I was responsible for the daily operation of our after school program, coach development, and impact, overseeing all staff across 4 school sites, serving 300+ youth. During my tenure I helped the organization increase its social media presence creating its first ever blog, developing the high school and college student participation by creating the Alumni Coaching Team, and cultivated new partnerships to promote collaboration with organizations such as Starbucks, CoachArt, Coaching Corps, and more. After-school program leadership development institute to equip non-profit executives to build more effective and sustainable programs for inner-city youth.

I worked full time as an AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteer aiding with capacity building, internal administration and program delivery/development with the non-profit America SCORES LA. As my year went on I became deeply involved with the organization and the students who participate in it. My desire to remain a part of it led to my applying to the position of Program Director which I now hold.
