“Anthony Leung is the best manager I've ever had. He cares about each individual he interacts with, without being restricted in his ability to speak truth and see people and situations for what they are. As a manager, he helped me turn multiple corners in my professional career by challenging me, mentoring me and encouraging me, and ultimately trying to understand me and what mattered to me. The level of trust I had that Anthony had my best interests at heart was unexpected and incredibly powerful for unlocking my own capability. Outside of managing others, he was also a fantastic leader who knew how to be effect in the face organizational BS, necessity, and genuinely important changes that needed to happen. He's a practical idealist, never too caught up in what something should be to fail to understand what it is and how to make it better. The success of the internal development side and the indirect impact that had on the external success of League of Legends can be traced in large part to Anthony's efforts, wisdom, and grit. He's a workhorse who tackles insanely hard and insanely many challenges, balancing them well. He's open to feedback, but he also will provide his opinion. An organization of basically any size would be helped by having Anthony Leung involved. You increase your odds of succeeding and guarantee yourself growth and learning by working with him. Lastly, I consider him a good friend. He and I were always different in almost all aspects of life, but it never stopped Anthony from being there for me, having a sense of humor, and helping point me towards a way forward.”
