“I had the privilege to work with Julia for 3 years during our shared time at HABA Salon. Julia’s title at the time was salon assistant, but her day-to-day tasks seemed to be the common denominator in ensuring seamless business transactions. From scheduling a full staff to selling retail to guests to putting our customer service fires, I found Julia to be hard-working and confident in all tasks presented to her. She instills pride, tenacity, and positive energy in everyone on her team. So much of her skill set are soft skills that can’t be taught - excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and adaptable in stressful situations.
