I always admired Eric's forward-thinking agenda when it came to our partnership strategy and his focus on putting more structure and strategy around our technology partnerships and the redevelopment of our app marketplace, recognizing both as crucial parts of our expansion strategy. He launched and/or managed technology partnerships with major providers like GoodData, Injixo, and Device42 that opened up pipeline and saved customer deals. His approach to forming strategically intimate partnerships with maximum seamlessness for customers was a significant change in how we approached partnership opportunities and were able to evangelize them. Eric was also a great manager - the people in his global team clearly respected his leadership tremendously and he developed many people under him to reach growing levels of maturity and ownership. Lastly, Eric was an extremely collaborative partner - very responsive in working with other teams internally within Freshworks to embrace partnership opportunities and promote these partnerships to our paying customers.”
