When we first founded Mindful Therapy Group we had a vision of uniting like-minded mental healthcare specialists to serve greater Seattle with compassion, experience and a fresh outlook on mental wellness. Over the years our vision and services evolved into what is now Mindful Support Services, Inc and we continue to be a leader in our industry and region.

We are now serve more than 1000 independent clinicians in Oregon and Washington. They have collectively served hundreds of thousands of families, couples, teenagers and children seeking to improve their lives with professional guidance.

We are innovators and leaders in mental healthcare delivery, and provide exceptional service and support in the area of private practice in mental health. We provide opportunities for mental health professionals to grow and thrive, collaborate across disciplines, and stay organized.

Beginning in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, I worked in Oncology and High Risk Labor and Delivery inpatient at the University of Washington Medical Center. I thrive on creativity, leadership and organization and seek to continue building something we've never built before every day.
