“Joe and I first connected to each other through a discussion in the comment section of a LinkedIn post in 2018. Since then, he has been an enthusiastic supporter of growth, continued learning, and expanding his horizons. The ability to express empathy and honesty in all situations is unparalleled and incredibly inspiring. One thing that has always stood out to me about Joe is the pride that he takes in his work and all aspects of his persona. I've found it rare to encounter people who are consistently genuine and always giving without expectation, Joe is one of those rare people. I'm humbled and honored to not only call Joe a valued connection but a genuine friend.”

What do you do if a challenging customer tests your sales skills?
Former straight commission Real Estate Sales(self employed) many years-I had to build Trust long term Trust before I ever received any pay-Understand where the customer is "coming from"-each customer is unique and values different priorities -Listen, Listen and Listen-then Clarify Clarify and more Clarification lol-most people are Not good Articulating what they are trying to Say-Drill down into their comments(almost a Needle in a Haystack methodology)-When in doubt....be very Direct with the customer so they tell you exactly what is important to them in the Transaction

What strategies can you use to maintain high client satisfaction?
was in Sales many years-always saying "I am confused" to the customer when they did not make sense-Listen, Listen and more Listening-constantly Clarifying with the customer(what did you mean by that?) for every statement they make-When we Drill down into people comments we find that what they said originally may be different once we have clarified those comments-most have issues Articulating their thoughts and emotions clearly-by us clarifying we make sure we are on the "same page" as the customer

How can you differentiate your personal brand from colleagues?
Personal Brand/Branding is taking a longer view of your Business-Results will not be immediate-Most Business people(people in general:) do Not like Delayed Gratification-was in straight commission Real Estate(self employed)many years-It took me Years to define my Brand.. and that Brand evolved over Time-it may take us years to truly figure out our "Brand"(tweaking it) and what we are trying to convey to the customer-Good Branding though=more Money over longer term- few people are taking the Time to define their Brand and who they are trying to Reach- because a ton of work is involved in the definition of our Brand
