    Worked with various teams at Nordstromrack.com|Hautelook (NRHL) and Nordstrom to land our sales/returns data into the consolidated General Ledger. Also includes support for drop ship POs, changes to member credits and reporting.

  • Great Plains to RMS Conversion

    Multi-phased project to migrate all accounting/finance/purchasing processes from Great Plains to Oracle RMS.

  • Hack the Rack - Expose Nordstrom Rack store inventory on NordstromRack.com

    Worked with talented teams in LA, Seattle and Utah to provide inventory from 241 Nordstrom Rack stores on the NordstromRack.com website in 3 weeks.

    Allowed 2,000+ employees to return back to work due to this initiative during Covid lockdowns.

  • Great Plains to RMS Conversion: Inventory

    Worked with various teams at Nordstromrack.com|Hautelook (NRHL) and Nordstrom to consolidate our inventory for NRHL in Oracle RMS, allowing a single view of all inventory in one platform.

    This is the third and final piece of RMS Conversion: Phase 1. More releases to come in the near future.

  • Great Plains to RMS Conversion: Purchase Order

    Worked with various teams at Nordstromrack.com|Hautelook (NRHL) and Nordstrom to originate purchase orders for NRHL in Oracle RMS, allowing our Merchants to have a single view of all inventory to assist in buying/planning what we offer our customers everyday.

    This is the first phase of a larger initiative scheduled to released in the next few quarters.

  • SOX Remediation

    -

    Based on a SOX audit, we were given a list of deficiencies to work on. We were originally provided a short period of time to complete the work, but due to many competing priorities, this work was delayed often. We eventually determined that we needed help to manage the project, so I started looking at the work remaining and started tracking all of that work. This work went from a completely unknown status, to knowing the next steps for each deficiency to get the work done.

  • Migration to new Gift Card API and Platform

    Work to move our Gift Card API calls to a more robust solution, in support of upcoming holiday season traffic.

  • Enable Nike products on NordstromRack.com

    -

    Worked with various teams to enable a larger amount of Nike products on the website by introducing new functionality to support their requirements.

    Successfully launched in July.

    Working Team recognized during internal Q2 meeting for successfully enabling this functionality with teams at Nordstrom (Seattle) and NordstromRack.com (Los Angeles/Culver City/New York).

    Nike also praised the work done and excited about the current business and potential this work allows.

    Completion of GXS/OpenText EDI project allowing electronic exchange of business documents to support continued business growth.

  • Great Plains 2016 -Migration to Azure

    Successful migration from on-premise GP 2010 to Azure-hosted GP 2016 R2 to support business growth and priorities. PO creation time for merchandise dropped by minutes due to streamlined processes.

  • Great Plains - Migration to new hardware

    GP was on its original hardware stack, out of warranty and performance was not optimal. Created a new hardware stack and successfully migrated our financial system in less than 6 weeks. Performance has been enhanced for all users of the application and our month-end processing took 1 day less than usual.

  • New headquarters buildout and move

    Having outgrown our office, we needed to build-out and move the company to a new Downtown LA headquarters in a short period of time.

Quickly determined what was remaining and launched a set of reports in MicroStrategy using Amazon RedShift as the backend. After 3+ years, MicroStrategy is being used by many departments in the company for their day-to-day work.
